Preface
As this collection unfolds each week, I want you, dear reader or listener, to understand that no matter what you’re going through, what you’ve been through, there is an end—there is light at the end of the tunnel. Letting go of the past is only possible if you live in the present. Make the past history, learn what you can about yourself, at whatever pace is comfortable, and I promise your present will take you to a brighter future.
Srry, Pitty, Hell
He thought he could forget his love yet that is not true He believed for the first time in several years that he was no longer an emotional creature He was wrong He hates the way his blood boils. He despises the way his heart sinks at the thought of his love searching for someone for her when he wants her. He hates the feeling he gets when he broods of ways to combat his sorrow He knows that he must leave entirely and hope she doesn’t fall to the shadows He needs to let go but his heart, his mind, his soul says to stay. He knows his future is no longer tied to her, yet he wants her more than his future. This is why he plots, why the thought crosses his mind, why he knows what he wants. This is why he is sad, torn between the two worlds, broken inside. He begs for more that she will not give, she wishes to be selfless when she needs to seek from within Everything she says she contradicts his every thought He might as well before he becomes naught.
