Preface
The struggle is real. The battles of relationships, society, and personal challenges are real. This collection explores all that and concludes pretty concisely:
“Do not hesitate. Do not grasp.”
Or, as Yoda might say in a much clearer way:
“Do or do not, there is no try.”
Listen, Child, To What You Hear
Heat and passion and reaction, sublime. Forced with lesion and tension, a crime. Nothing escapes the failure of the past until it is learned and remembered as it was and not as it “should” have snared. Cold and hated and hurt, passion. Death and hell and hints, reaction. Nothing escapes the present but that which is let loose to the world as it was seen by those who don’t care. Frozen in time and lime, memory. Heated inside and like, a story. Nothing escapes the days that speak louder than words and nothing is released to the universe that isn’t shared. Hidden well within the well spring sent by Fate for fellows like lovers Starting from fantasy through far less likely obstacles to reach you in reality Heat and cold and death and forced, frozen and heated, tempered in time It is time to take cover, to spend time learning all that makes you cower Think deeply and know, your insides speak when you allow it to sincerely There is nothing left for the worst and the best and all of the other kind Taken and battered and beaten, alive. Standing with passion and conviction. Who cares where the thoughts go? Who dares tell you it is so? What does your heart say? What does your mind say?
